The following regulations provide a detailed description of the Halls of Residence's operations and living conditions. These documents outline the rules of operation as well as the rights and obligations of applicants; therefore, you must familiarize yourself with them thoroughly. We ask applicants to review the contents of the regulations in advance and to comply with their provisions. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from liability.
