Move-out procedure:
- Before you move out, please be sure to clean your room and the common areas, and take out all the trash.
- Your room will be inspected on the date you indicated for your move-out between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.
- If your move-out date falls on a weekend, the inspection will take place on the preceding Friday between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.
- Failure to attend the inspection will result in a cleaning fee of HUF 15,000.
- After the room inspection, please return your key to the Accommodation Office (K2 ground floor) during opening hours.
- In the case of a weekend move-out, students may remain in the building until Monday morning; however, the key must still be returned on Friday.
- Failure to return the keys will result in a lost-key fee of HUF 25,400.
- Please note that failure to complete the required administrative procedures will result in an additional administrative penalty fee of HUF 5,000
