REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER ACCOMMODATION

• The summer accommodation will be in the Off-Campus Hall of Residence (9024 Győr, Mészáros Lőrinc utca 20.) It is also not possible to live alone in a room, and you may be allocated a bed in a three-bed room.
• Everyone who wishes to stay for the summer period is required to fill out the registration. If you don't, we assume you will move out by June 26.
• Registered students will receive further information regarding the move to summer accommodation at a later date.
• The payment deadline is June 26. Self-funded students must pay through the Neptun system; accommodation subsidies for scholarship students will continue to be processed internally. The monthly fee for the summer accommodation remained 40,000 HUF.
• The expected date for moving to the summer accommodation is between June 29 – July 1.
• The summer accommodation stays until August 28; if you are accepted into the Halls of Residence for the next academic year, you may move into your next semester's place by September 1. Students who are not accepted must move out of the Halls of Residence by August 28.

Graduating students will have accommodation in the Off-Campus Hall of Residence until the end of July upon prior registration. If you are a graduate student but have been admitted to a new program, please let us know.

Move-out

The current active contract expires on 26th June, so anyone who doesn't want to stay during the summer must move out by 26th June.

If you've moved out by June 26 and have not registered for summer accommodation, you won't be able to move back during the summer period. The earliest you can move in for the next semester is September 1, 2026.

Storage Room

Students who are moving out have the option of renting a storage room. Students may place their belongings in the storage room on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. All boxes and luggage must be clearly labeled. Perishable food items are not allowed in the storage room. 

The monthly rental fee for the storage room is 10,000 HUF, payable through the NEPTUN system. The room will be locked, but we assume no responsibility for any items left inside. Items must be removed from the storage room by September 15, 2026, at the latest; after that, any items left there will be disposed of.

Notice for the next semester’s application

The normal application for accommodation for the next semester opens in mid-August. Please check your mailbox regularly, as the deadline is mandatory for all students. If you miss it, you will not have the opportunity for accommodation for the first semester in the Hall of Residence.
