Multifunctional Building (On Campus):

• 2-bed-rooms for exchange students: 40.000 HUF/month/person

  There are only whole month fee. In case you stay only 1 day in the dormitory, this means, you need to pay the whole month fee. The first month could be paid separately, because it is a grace time, to decide to stay in the dormitory or not.

  In case you stay in the dormitory after the first month, you have to pay the dormitory fee for the whole semester (total 5 months) independetly of your leaving date.

Hegedűs Gyula Dormitory (On Campus):

The hostel fees have to be paid on the following:

• First part: deposit + first month fee
• Second part: Remaining amount of accommodation fee (you have to pay the dormitory fee for the whole semester (total 5 months) independetly of your leaving date)

Also a deposit of 20.000 HUF is needed to pay to ensure the status of the room and its furniture.

Additional fees:

• 2.000 HUF/semester in case you dont have your own bedlinens and you wish to rent
• 2.000 HUF/semester for wifi at the phone or 6.500 HUF/semester for Internet at the laptop

Admission to the hostel                                     

If you are an exchange student, you need to apply on-line for accommodation at the hostel by the same time with the your application. You need to fill the on-line form, print, sign and send by post until June 1, or November 1 depending on which semester you are applying for
