Hosting guest(s) during the day

Students living in the dormitories are entitled to host guest(s) everyday between 6:00 and 22:30. You can add your guest(s) on the dormitory.sze.hu website. In the event that the guest(s) does not leave the dormitory by 22:30 their cards will automatically deactivate and they must leave the premise of the dormitory building sas soon as possible.

The fine for the card deactivation (3.000 Ft) can be paid at the K4 building’s reception during weekdays between 13:00 and 20:00. The cards will be reactivated at the K4 building’s reception. 

Hosting overnight guest(s)

You may only host a guest overnight who has an active card and had their fingerprints registered.The guest(s) are entitled to enter the premises of the dormitories with their cards for the days they have paid for. Payment for the stay must be made by no later than 22:00 of the day of the stay. After the payments were made the card will automatically activate from 8:00 of the the day of the stay or the time payment was made (if the payment is made on the day of the stay) until 8:00 the day after the stay.In the event that the requested stay is not paid for by 22:00 the guest must leave the dormitory premises by 22:30. 

You can request an overnight stay on the dormitory.sze.hu website.

For the overnight guest requests you can redeem tokens. You can pay for the tokens in the Neptun system. A token costs 2.000 Ft, one token entitels you for one overnight stay (1 person, 1 night).

The charge is  transcribed by the student(s) themselves and can be found as „Kollégiumi vendégfogadás”.

We would like to remid you that the token will only be active if your roommate gives permission for hosting an overnight guest. In the event that the hosting is continuously permitted (the slider is turned on) then you do not need additional permission. If this function is not turned on then  you can get permission under the guest reception tab.

After finalising the request and receiving permission from your roommmate there is no opportunity to delete the overnight stay. In the event that your roommate does not give permission for hosting the overnoght guest the request will become invalid and the token can be used again.
