Accommodation could be reserved for 1+4 months ONLY!

There are only monthly fee, you must pay the accommodation fee for the whole month, independetly of the leaving date. You need to pay the first month separately, because it is a grace period to decide whether you stay in the dormitory, or look for a rented flat. In case you stay in the dormitory, you must pay the whole accommodation fee for the rest 4 months.
